To access and use our services:
By submitting a transaction request, you ask us to process the transaction on your behalf. Each transaction request constitutes an offer, which we may accept, suspend, delay, or reject at our sole discretion, including where required to comply with applicable laws.
We may suspend or delay a transaction while we carry out additional checks or verifications, or where processing is otherwise restricted.
If we decide not to proceed with a transaction, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. Where a transaction is rejected, the amount you transferred to us in connection with that transaction will be refunded.
Upon submission of a transaction request, EagleRemit will apply the exchange rate in effect at the time the transaction is submitted. This exchange rate is final and binding for that transaction.
If EagleRemit is unable to identify, verify, or otherwise validate the intended recipient in accordance with applicable laws, the transaction may be rejected and the funds will be refunded to the same payment card or bank account used to submit the transaction.
EagleRemit is not responsible or liable for any exchange rates, conversions, fees, or charges applied by the recipient’s bank, payment service provider, correspondent bank, intermediary, or destination institution. This includes any difference between EagleRemit’s exchange rate and the exchange rate applied by third parties.
EagleRemit applies a maximum limit on the amount that may be transacted in a single transaction.
By accessing or using EagleRemit’s services, including submitting transactions or otherwise interacting with the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
